【摘要】 目的分析化妆品多次皮肤刺激性试验结果,了解化妆品对动物皮肤的刺激作用,并进行安全性的评价。方法按《化妆品卫生规范》中的"皮肤刺激性/腐蚀性试验"方法进行检测。结果 2010年共对269份化妆品进行了多次皮肤刺激性试验,总合格率为98.14%。除防晒类和芳香类,其他化妆品的合格率均为100%。国产化妆品合格率为100%,进口化妆品的合格率为97.38%。所有受检样品中,无刺激性的占84.76%,轻刺激性的占13.38%,中刺激性的占1.86%。结论大部分化妆品对动物皮肤不具刺激性,表明有较高的安全性,但任有一部分化妆品具有不同程度的刺激性,即具有潜在危害性。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To analyze the results of multiple dermal irritation tests of cosmetics,understand the irritation effect on animal skin and conduct safety evaluation.Methods Detection was performed by the method according to ’dermal irritation/corrosion test’ in Hygienic Standard for Cosmetics.Results According to multiple dermal irritation tests on 269 samples of cosmetics in 2010,the total qualified rate was 98.14%;the qualifed rate of other cosmetics except for sunscreen and aromatic cosmetics was 100%;the qualifed rate of domestic cosmetics was 100%;the qualifed rate of imported cosmetics was 97.38%;and in all the tested samples,the nonirritant cosmetics accounted for 84.6%,the light-irritant cosmetics accounted for 13.38% and the medium-irritant cosmetics accounted for1.86%.Conclusion Most cosmetics do not irritate animal skin and has high safety;but there is still part of the cosmetics have different degrees of irritation effect,which indicate potential harmfulness.更多还原
