【摘要】 目的探讨两种手术方式治疗高龄股骨粗隆间骨折患者的效果。方法将120例高龄股骨粗隆间骨折患者随机分为观察组65例与对照组55例,其中观察组采取髋动力锁定钢板治疗,对照组采取动力髋螺钉治疗,比较两组患者的临床疗效。结果观察组治疗优良率达96.92%,显著优于对照组70.91%的治疗优良率(P<0.01);手术时间、术中出血量、X线暴露次数均显著优于对照组,观察组术后1例发生并发症,对照组7例发生并发症,两组比较差异显著(P<0.05)。结论髋动力锁定钢板治疗高龄股骨粗隆间骨折疗效确切,值得临床推广应用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the effect of two surgical approaches for treatment of elderly patients with intertrochanteric fractures.Methods 120 cases of elderly patients with intertrochanteric fractures were randomly divided into observation group of 65 cases and control group of 55 cases.The observation group were given with hip power locking plates for treatment,control group were given with dynamic hip screws for treatment,to compare the clinical efficacy of the two groups.Results The treatment excellent rate of the observation group was 96.92%,significantly higher than the excellent rate of 70.91% of the control group(P <0.01);The operative time,blood loss volume,X-ray exposure times were significantly better than those of the control group.One patient in the observation group occurred with postoperative complications,7 cases of patients in the control group occurred with postoperative complications,the difference was significant(P <0.05).Conclusions Hip power locking plates for treatment of elderly patients with intertrochanteric fractures have exact curative effect,which is worthy of clinical promotion and application.更多还原
