基于虚拟仪器技术的发动机测试系统设计
Design of Engine Test System Based on Virtual Instruments
【摘要】 文中介绍了一种基于虚拟仪器技术的发动机测试系统,整个测试系统由底层高速多通道数据采集模块以及基于Visual C++6.0开发的实现数据采集与分析、实时显示和数据库功能的上位机软件组成。基于虚拟仪器的发动机测试系统自动化程度高、可扩展性强、维护方便,为发动机的研制、生产提供了先进的测试手段。
【Abstract】 This paper introduced a new testing system of engine based on virtual instruments.The test system composed by the underlying high-speed multi-channel data acquisition module and the PC Software.The PC Software took Visual C++6.0 as the software expoituring flat roof.It is mainly for data collection and analysis,real-time display and database functions.The engine test system based on virtual instrument has high degree of automation,scalability,easy maintenance features and provided an advanced testing method for the engine development,production technology.
