大功率LED自动灌胶设备嵌入式视觉系统
Design of Embedded Vision System on High-power LED Automatic Glue-Pouring Devices
【摘要】 针对国内LED封装设备对大功率LED自动封胶的需求,为解决人工方法效率低问题,设计了一套基于BlackfinDSP的高性能低成本的嵌入式视觉处理系统,详细介绍了视觉系统的硬件结构设计、软件框架设计,处理算法以及它们的实现方式;通过精简硬件结构、合理硬件选型以提高系统的性能,并应用嵌入式实时操作系统提高系统的实时性并实现多任务处理。试验结果证明:系统实现了稳定高速高精度的图像处理,系统的性能、体积和成本完全满足工业需求。
【Abstract】 This paper designed a high performance-low cost embedded vision system on high-power LED automatic glue-pouring devices based on Blackfin DSP.This paper presented detail descriptions of the vision system including hardware architecture design and software structure design,processing algorithms and their implementations.The performance of the system was improved by streamlining of the hardware structure design and reasonable selection of hardware.It improved the real-time performance and multi-tasking by the application of embedded real-time system.The results proved that the vision system can achieve stable,high-speed high-precision image processing and the performance,size and cost of this system fully meet the industrial demand.
