一种快速响应和高选择性的锌离子荧光探针
A rapid responsive and highly selective fluorescent probe for zinc ion
【摘要】 合成了一种基于2-苯基苯并噻唑荧光团的荧光探针,并用荧光和紫外光谱法研究了对不同阳离子的识别能力.研究表明:该探针在乙腈溶液中对锌粒子显示出高选择性和高灵敏性的响应,而对其他阳离子的响应则不明显,因此该方法可实现对锌粒子的检测;其机理是探针与锌粒子的络合阻止了主体分子的激发态分子内质子转移过程,使荧光增强而致.
【Abstract】 A 2-phenylbenzothiazole based fluorescent probe is synthesized and its recognition ability for various metal ions is tested by fluorescence and UV spectrophotometries.The resurts show that the probe shows a highly selectivity and sensibility for Zn2+ over other various cations in acetonitrile solvent,so this method can achieve the detection of Zn2+.The mechanism is proved that complexation of the probe with Zn2+ hindered the excited-state intramolecular proton transfer process which enhanced fluorescence intensity.
