【Abstract】 Learned periodical is one of the parts of scientific research and a major platform to display the achievements of scientific research.The basic functions of it are to record the achievements,exchange thoughts and evaluate researches.However,the realization of these functions is subject to the academic influence resulting from effective transmission since there is no influence,there is no reader.A periodical will not exist if no information exchange and evaluation are carried out.Therefore,to enhance the effective transmission and to improve the academic influence have become the primary tasks and pursuits for the editors and the publishers.更多还原
