【摘要】 目的探讨小切口非超声乳化人工晶状体植入术中并发症的发生和预防对策。方法对280例320眼白内障患者行小切口非超声乳化人工晶状体植入术中并发症的发生进行分析、处理。结果术中角膜后弹力层脱离2眼;虹膜脱出8眼,虹膜根部断离2眼;后囊膜破裂7眼,玻璃体脱出2眼;悬韧带离断致意外囊内摘除1眼。结论该手术安全、可靠,对术中并发症的及早发现和及时处理、术后视力恢复具有重要作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the occurrence and preventive measures for the intraoperative complications of small incision non-phacoemulsification intraocular lens implantation.Methods To analyze and process the intraoperative complications of small incision non-phacoemulsification intraocular lens implantation in 320 eyes among 280 cases of cataract.Results During operation,detached corneal posterior elastic membrane were in 2 eyes,iris prolapse in 8 eyes,iridodialysis in 2 eyes,posterior capsular rupture in 7 eyes and vitreous loss in 2 eyes.Due to suspensory ligament separation,1 eye of accidental intracapsular removal occurred.Conclusion This surgery is safe and reliable.Early detection and timely treatment of intraoperative complications plays an important role in the postoperative visual recovery.更多还原
