【摘要】 调查了潢川县农民专业合作社的发展现状,分析了农民专业合作社的作用及其在发展中存在的制约因素,进而提出解决问题的有效途径。

【Abstract】 This paper investigated the present situation of the development of Farmer Specialized Cooperatives in Huangchuan County,analyzed its role and the existing constraints in its development,and put forward an effective way to solve the problems.
