【摘要】 目的:探讨中药聚精汤对精子顶体酶异常男性不育症的疗效。方法:48例顶体酶异常男性不育症患者口服中药聚精汤,每个月检查精子参数及顶体酶一次,持续3个月。结果:治疗3个月后精液数量、质量参数及顶体酶均有改善,其中在数量、质量上有显著差异,有效率75.9%,总有效率96.6%。结论:中药聚精汤有助于促进睾丸附睾生精及精子发育成熟功能的恢复,能有效提高精子数量及质量,可提高顶体酶异常不育患者的生育力。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objectives:To study the efficacy of the traditional Chinese medicine Jujing Decoction in the treatment of male infertility caused by abnormal acrosin.Method;A total of 48 patients with infertility caused by abnormal acrosin were required to drink Jujing Decoction.Their sperm parameters and acrosin were checked every month and this process lasted for 3 months.Results: After 3 - month treatment,the quantity and quality of sperm were improved,as well as the conditions of acrosin.The effective rate was 75.9%and the total effective rate was 96.6%.Conclusion:The traditional Chinese medicine Jujing Decoction helps to recover testis and epididymis’ function of producing and maturing sperm,improve the quantity and quality of sperm,and enhance the fertility of patients with abnormal acrosin.更多还原
