【摘要】 目的:检测热休克蛋白27(heat shock proteins,HSPs)在人常见消化道癌及癌前病变中的表达情况,探讨其在消化道癌诊断中的作用及其意义。方法:采用免疫组化SABC方法检测HSP27在Barrett食管(Barrett’esophageal)、食管贲门部腺癌(Adenocarcinoma ofthe esophagus and Cardia)、浅表性胃炎、慢性萎缩性胃炎伴高级别上皮内瘤变(CAG and H-IN)、胃窦腺癌、结肠息肉(Colonic polyps)、结肠腺癌(Colonic adenocarcinoma)组织中表达.结果HSP27阳性表达率在Barrett食管68.2%、食管贲门部腺癌91.7%(P<0.05);浅表性胃炎17.9%(P<0.05)、CAG and H-IN47.1%、胃癌组织中的阳性率分别为90%(P<0.05);结肠息肉84%、结肠腺癌96%(P<0.05)。结论:HSP27与肿瘤的发生有关,可作为消化道肿瘤诊断、判断预后和指导治疗提供理论依据。

【Abstract】 Objective:To detect the expression of heat shock protein 27 in carcinoma and precancerous lesion of frequent digestive tract and investigate the roles of HSPs.Methods Immunohistochemical technique,SABC method,was used to examine the expression of HSP27 in gastric carcinoma and gastritis mucosa.Results HSP27 was detected in 68.2%of Barrett esophageal,in 91.7%of Adenocarcinoma of the esophagus and Cardia,in 17.9% of gastric epithelia,47.1%of dysplasia,90%of gastric carcinoma,in 84%of Colonic polyps,in 96%of Colonic adenocarcinoma.Conclusion The results that HSP27 protein were selectively overexpressed in digestive tract carcinoma suggested that HSP27 might play a specific role in the pathogenesis of digestive tract cancer.To clarify the mechanism of HSP27 action could help to provide theoretical basis for the biological therapy of gastric cancer.
