【摘要】 目的探讨QQ群健康教育方式对大学生乙肝患者知识的影响,为有效进行乙肝健康教育干预提供依据。方法抽取某高校大学一年级乙肝患者102例,按接受健康教育的不同方式分为QQ试验组、常规试验组两组,对QQ试验组采用QQ群网络健康教育方式,对常规试验组采用常规教育方式;选取同期未感染乙肝病毒的51名大一学生作为对照组,对照组不给予干预措施,3组分别采用不同的干预方法进行健康教育。结果干预后3组乙肝知晓率均有不同程度的提高,干预前与干预后3组在组内比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.01)。而3组间经方差分析,干预前差异无统计学意义(P>0.05),干预后3组间差异有统计学意义(P<0.01);LSD多重比较显示,干预后3组间两两比较,差异均有统计学意义(P值均<0.01),且QQ试验组的得分均值明显高于其他组。结论与常规试验组相比,大学生乙肝患者更适合采用QQ群平台的健康教育方式。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore influence of QQ group health education on college students’ with hepatitis B was discussed by means of the QQ group health education intervention.Methods The 102 freshman patients with hepatitis B at a college were divided averagely into two groups,QQ experimental group and conventional group,in accordance with the different health education ways.The QQ group network health education was applied to the QQ experimental group and conventional education way to conventional group.The same term 51 freshmen not infected with hepatitis B virus are selected as control group,to which is not given any intervening measure.Namely,the three groups were made health education by different intervening methods respectively.Results Awareness rates of hepatitis B among the three groups had vary improvement after the intervention.There was statistical significance(P<0.01) within any one group comparing intervention before and after.By variance analysis there was not statistically significant(P>0.05) before the intervention but there was statistical significance(P<0.01) after the intervention among the three groups.Furthermore,by LSD(Least Significant Difference) multiple comparison,there was statistical significance(P<0.01) any pairwise groups after the intervention.And QQ experimental group exceeds obviously other in score.Conclusion The QQ group health education has an advantage over conventional way for college student patients with hepatitis B.更多还原
