【摘要】 目的分析过熟期白内障超声乳化吸除术的特殊性及难点并探讨其处理方法。方法对行超声乳化吸除术的过熟期白内障患者96例96只眼进行回顾性分析。结果术后1d裸眼视力≥0.3者30只眼,≥0.5者66只眼。术后3月裸眼视力≥0.3者10只眼,≥0.5者86只眼。术后除有轻度虹膜反应外,无其他并发症发生。结论过熟期白内障都有晶状体皮质液化、囊膜钙化、变厚、悬韧带脆弱易断裂、核活动甚至下沉,晶状体核与囊膜之间缺乏皮质保护、看不到眼底红光反射等特点,这些特性使得手术难度增加。要充分考虑过熟期白内障的特点,提前做好各种预防措施,只要把握好每一关键步骤,尤其是撕囊及超声乳化晶状体核,对于过熟期白内障行超声乳化治疗仍是最佳方法。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To analyze the particularity and difficulty of phacoemulsification in hypermature cataract and discuss its treatment methods.METHODS 96 eyes of 96 patients with hypermature cataract treated by phacoemulsification were retrospectively analyzed.RESULTS one day after operation,30 eyes with naked vision ≥ 0.3,66 eyes ≥0.5.3 months after operation.10 eyes with naked vision ≥ 0.3,86 eyes ≥0.5.Other postoperative complications were not found except mild iris reaction.CONCLUSION Hypermature cataract has lens cortical liquefaction,capsule calcification,membrane thickened,fragile suspensory ligament,nuclear activities and even to sink,lens capsule between nuclear and membrane lack of cortex protection.It need fully consider characteristics of hypermature cataract to make all kinds of preventive measures,as long as a good grasp of the every key step,especially capsulorhexis and phacoemulsification in lenticular nucleus,phacoemulsification treatment is still the best method for hypermature cataract.更多还原
