【摘要】 目的探讨高压氧治疗突发性耳聋的疗效。方法采用随机对照双盲平行试验设计,将72例突聋的患者分成高压氧治疗组和对照组,在常规治疗(包括激素、能量制剂和金纳多)的基础上,治疗组(40例)用高压氧治疗,对照组(32例)仅常规治疗,并分别于治疗前和治疗后15d测试患者的听力。结果治疗组和对照组治疗后听力平均提高分别为(32.31±14.35)db和(21.38±13.91)db(t=5.46,P﹤0.05),两组总有效率分别为77.50%(31/40)和56.25%(18/32),差异有统计学意义(χ2=5.50,P﹤0.05)。结论采用高压氧加药物综合治疗突聋疗效显著。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To explore the influence of hyperbaric oxygen on sudden Deafness.METHODS A double-blind and parallel-group study was conducted.72 patients were randomly divided into the treatment group(n = 40) and the control group(n = 32).All cases were treated with routine treatment(hormone,energy preparation and Ginaton).Besides,the treatment group were treated with hyperbaric oxygen,the control group were only received routine treatment.The hearing threshold of patients was separately tested before and 15 days after treatment.RESULTS The average value of hearing threshold reduced to(32.31 ± 14.35) db in the treatment group and(21.38 ± 13.91) db in the control group after treatment(t = 5.46,P﹤0.05).The total cured rates of two groups were 77.50%(31 /40) and 56.25%(18 /32),respectively(χ 2 = 5.50,P﹤ 0.05).There was significant difference between them.CONCLUSION The comprehensive therapy of Hyperbaric Oxygen and the drugs have excellent efficiency for sudden deafness.更多还原
