【摘要】 目的探讨护理质控中心在提升基层医院护理质量及管理水平中的作用。方法对全市27家基层医院统一规范标准、定点帮扶、岗位练兵,并通过季度例会制度、建示范点、定期考核反馈信息等措施进行护理专业质控管理。结果通过1年的护理专业质控管理,27家基层医院护理管理制度逐步健全,护理专业技术水平和管理水平得到提升,护理队伍建设加强,患者对护理服务满意度上升。护理质量基层医院护理质量保障体系逐步健全,护理核心制度得到完善、落实,护理队伍建设、护士依法执业、三基水平、服务意识得到加强,护理质量和管理水平有提升,促进了优质护理资源向基层延伸。结论护理质控中心能有效整合三级卫生服务体系中护理专业技术和服务优势资源,发挥二、三级医院龙头作用,推进优质护理技术和服务向乡镇公立卫生院、社区卫生服务中心等基层延伸,提升基层医疗机构护理质量和管理水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To explore the role of nursing QC center in the quality of nursing and management level of basic-level hospitals.METHODS Twenty-seven basic-level hospitals in the city with uniform standards were evaluated by professional training,building demonstration site,regular information feedback and the nursing professional management.RESULTS Through the 1 year of professional nursing quality management,nursing management system of 27 basic-level hospitals gradually improved.The nursing professional technology level and the management level were improved.Nursing staff construction was strengthened,and the patients’ satisfaction level was raised.CONCLUSION Nursing QC center can effectively improve the nursing management of basic-level hospital.更多还原
