【摘要】 目的建立不同养殖场美洲大蠊中甘露醇含量测定方法。方法采用紫外分光光度法,以甘露醇为标准品,检测波长412 nm。结果不同养殖场的美洲大蠊中甘露醇的含量差异显著,同一养殖场不同批次间美洲大蠊药材中甘露醇的含量差异也显著。结论该方法简便、准确、重复性好,可用于美洲大蠊中甘露醇的检测。更多还原

【Abstract】 OBJECTIVE To establish the determination method for mannitol in Periplaneta americana from different field breeding.METHODS The content of mannitol in Periplaneta americana was determined by UV spectrophotometry at detection wavelength of 412 nm with mannitol as standard substance.RESULTS The contents of mannitol were different in Periplaneta americana from different field breeding,and the contents of mannitol were different in Periplaneta americana in different batches which came from the same field breeding.CONCLUSION The method is simple,accurate,reproducible and can be used for determination of mannitol in Periplaneta americana.更多还原
