【摘要】 目的探讨前列腺按摩(prostatic massage,PM)后前列腺液(expressed prostatic secretion,EPS)流出方式与前列腺液镜检结果的关系。方法对191例门诊病人前列腺按摩后观察前列腺液标本从尿道流出不同方式及其与EPS常规结果(包括卵磷脂小体、白细胞计数)的关系。结果前列腺液分别有119例(占62.30%)直接流出,23例(占12.04%)哈气流出,39例(占20.42%)挤压流出,3例(占1.57%)尿液流出及7例(占3.66%)失败。直接流出组、哈气流出组、挤压流出组患者卵磷脂小体比较,P>0.05,差异无统计学意义;直接流出组、哈气流出组白细胞计数明显高于挤压流出组,其组间两两比较,均P<0.0167,差异具有统计学意义。结论前列腺液中白细胞数量可能是影响前列腺液留取难易程度的因素之一。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the association of appearing modes of expressed prostatic secretions (EPS) after prostatic massage (PM) with its microscopic scores.Methods 191 cases of outpatients underwent PM for colleting the samples of EPS.The association of appearing modes of EPS with its microscopic scores (including Lecithin and WBC) was intensely observed.Results 119 cases dropped out directly at the time of PM.23 cases dropped out after deeply breathing out,39 cases after squeezing urethra,3 cases at time of voiding post-massage and 7 cases no EPS obtained (failure).The differences of lecithin scores among the three groups showed no statistical significance,P > 0.05.Compared with group #3,the WBC in group #1and #2 significantly increased,P < 0.05.Conclusion Amounts of WBC in EPS may be one influential factor on the degree of difficulty for colleting EPS sample.更多还原
