【摘要】 为适应公众气象预报服务业务的需求,提高公众气象服务针对性、及时性、规范性和准确性,满足公众预报实时业务的需求,利用VB和Access数据库知识开发研制了锦州市公共气象预报服务业务工作平台。该平台可实现各种预报信息的调看,预报会商、公众预报、专业预报信息,决策预报的编辑、信息传输和查询,建立历史灾害性天气个例库和灾情库,并实现其查询功能;平台的建设规范了公共气象预报服务的工作流程,提高了预报员工作效率及预报水平。更多还原

【Abstract】 In order to meet the needs of public meteorological forecast service,to improve the pertinence,rapidness and accuracy of public meteorological forecast service,and to satisfy the needs of the public demand for real-time forecast business,a public meteorological forecast service platform in Jinzhou was developed by VB programming and Access database knowledge.This platform can provide all kinds of weather prediction information,the edition of public forecast,professional forecast,decision-making forecast,varied forecast information transmission and query,and establish the historical disaster weather database.The platform made the public meteorological service flow normative,and improved the working efficiency and the level of prediction.更多还原
