【摘要】 随着城镇化进程的加快,城市建设用地快速扩张。各地政府在处理城中村时,所采取的政策不同,改造模式多样。其中,局部改造模式是当前城中村改造中普遍采用的一种,如何科学规划并有序推进这类城中村的改造对于城市健康发展意义重大。本文以北京市朝阳区高碑店村为例,分析局部改造型城中村的特点及问题,并结合规划提出积极稳妥地推进城中村有机更新的建议措施。更多还原

【Abstract】 With the accelerated process of urbanization, the urban construction land rapidly expands. There are a variety of policies adopted by different governments of different levels. Among them, the local transformation model is a commonly used one in the current transformation of villages. How the planning is put forward in a scientific way is of great significance for urban health development.
