【摘要】 目的:探讨股骨近端锁定板治疗高龄股骨粗隆骨折的临床疗效。方法:回顾分析2005年~2009年间应用股骨近端锁定板治疗老年粗隆间骨折76例临床疗效,观察其骨愈合时间和关节功能恢复情况。结果:平均骨折愈合时间17周,按照Harris评分,术后髋关节功能优44例,良22例,可7例,差4例。优良率86.8%。结论:该手术操作简单,固定牢靠,术前妥善治疗并存症,术后正确功能锻炼,能够获取良好的临床疗效。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective:To explore the clinical effect of femoral intertrochanteric fracture treated by proximal femoral locking plate. Methods:76 femoral intertrochanteric fracture treated by proximal femoral locking plate were retrospectively analyzed between 2005 to 2009, observing the fracture healing time and joint function. Results:The average fracture healing is 17 weeks, according to Harris’ criteria, The post-operative function of hip was being excellent in 44 cases, being good in 22 cases,being fair in 7 cases,and beingbad in 4 cases. Conclusion:The technique is quite simple and the fixation very strong, and could obtained good clinical effect if properly treatment of coexisted symptom before operation and right function exercise after operation.更多还原
