【Abstract】 The basis of social engineering is quantitative measurement.The key points of quantitative measuring technology contain principles,objects,formulas,units,frequencies,etc.for measurement.The measurement objects include social members and social activities.The aim of measurement principles lies in that through the measurement of the social energy(measurement units) condensed in interpersonal communications,the social effect of the social members and social activities are defined on the quantitative layer,thus forming the actual formulas to measure both of them.The measurement units differ in those for direct energy and indirect energy.The measurement technology has extensive applications in social engineering,such as high-energy control engineering,low-energy control engineering and directional control engineering.更多还原
