【摘要】 为寻求我国行政支出规模控制管理途径,通过结构模型方法,利用专家咨询法识别行政支出规模的影响因素,在此基础上构建行政支出规模影响因素的解释结构模型.借助解释结构模型法的优势,直观展现出诸多影响因素间的内在关系,并通过对模型进一步分析,提出了有效控制我国行政支出规模的新思路.更多还原

【Abstract】 The study aims to seek an approach to controlling and managing the scale of China’s administrative expenditure.By means of the Interpretative structural modeling method(ISM) and Delphi method,the paper identifies the factors which influence the scale of administrative expenditure,on the basis of which the Interpretative Structural Modeling of factors influencing the scale of administrative expenditure was built.With the help of the Interpretative Structural Modeling method,the paper shows directly the relationship between the factors.Through a further analysis of the model,the paper provides a new idea of effectively controlling the scale of China’s administrative expenditure.更多还原
