闭环医嘱流程分析与控制

【摘要】 闭环医嘱管理方法,是指以医嘱流程控制为核心,以电子医嘱记录为引擎,以电子医嘱的开立、执行、终止全过程为生命周期,将诊疗内容、诊疗依据、诊疗证据和诊疗流程及质量监控信息进行全结构化计算机处理,产生一种以时间为轴流水存储的多功能数据集的过程。通过闭环医嘱管理可以将医师的详细要求及各医疗护理制度与规范作为标准化的导航指令,实现授权、规则指定、警告、提示、质量安全控制,用以辅助支持临床医生的工作决策并反馈电子医嘱指令的执行数据,构成以医疗质量安全为核心目标的医院信息化建设方案。更多还原
