黄河三角洲C3植物δ13C对盐度变化的响应

【摘要】 通过对黄河三角洲地区C3植物稳定碳同位素组成以及土壤盐分的调查,初步探讨了C3植物δ13C与盐度的关系,揭示了环境因素对植物δ13C的影响.结果显示:黄河三角洲地区C3植物δ13C与盐度之间呈线性正相关关系(P<0.005),且随着盐度的增加,C3植物平均δ13C值呈偏正的趋势(P<0.005),土壤盐分是植物δ13C值的重要影响因素,单个植物种δ13C随盐度上升表现为增加和变化不明显2种模式,这与植物本身的遗传特性、耐盐性强弱等有关.

【Abstract】 Based on survey data,stable carbon isotope composition of C3 plants and soil salinity were determined in the Yellow River Delta area.The correlative analysis was done between δ13C of C3 plants and soil salinity,and influence of environmental factors on the δ13C values of plants were revealed.It was found that there were significantly positive correlation between δ13C of C3 plants and soil salinity(P<0.005) and the average δ13C values of plants increased with salinity in the Yellow River Delta area(P<0.005).Soil salt is the important factor affectting the δ13C values of plants.For single C3 plant species,changes of δ13C with salinity showed two patterns,sianificant increase and unobvious tendency,which were relevant to hereditary property and salt-tolerance of plant itself.
