【Abstract】 The higher vocational education should fully reflect students’ professional quality and competency.The paper,hence,makes a comprehensive analysis of the vocational school students’ professional competency relating to urban rail transit operation specialty,based on which it propose a systematic curriculum structure with students’ professional competency as the core,with their professional prolongation competency as the extension and with their singular professional competency as the clue to realize students’ coordinated progress in knowledge,ability and professional quality.The paper proposes a learning frame for students in which they can experience a complete working process and change their roles gradually from a learner to a professional worker.更多还原
