一种获得连续冷却过程中亚共析钢相变临界温度的新方法
A New Method of Obtaining Critical Temperature Between Different Transitions in Hypoeutectoid Steel During Continuous Cooling
【摘要】 提出一种确定连续冷却条件下亚共析钢相变临界温度的新方法。传统方法基于对膨胀曲线的分析,根据膨胀曲线上的"拐折"确定临界温度;新方法基于对相变动力学曲线的分析,根据相变过程中新相形核和长大情况的变化引起Avrami方程指数的变化确定临界温度。此外,利用新方法还可分析出先共析转变不同阶段的临界温度。
【Abstract】 A new method of obtaining the critical temperature between different transitions in hypoeutectoid steel during continuous cooling was proposed.The conventional method was based on analyzing dilatometric curve,i.e.,the critical temperature was obtained according to the stagger on the dilatometric curve.The new method was established on analyzing transition dynamic curve,i.e.,the critical temperature was obtained according to the change of Avrami function exponent induced by the change of the new phase’s nucleating and growing process.Furthermore,the critical temperatures between the different stages of the self-same transition could be obtained by using the new method.
