4种天然黄酮类化合物与囊泡体系的相互作用
Research on Interaction of Flavonoids Compounds and Vesicle
【摘要】 采用光谱法(吸收光谱,荧光光谱)检测了4种已知结构的天然黄酮化合物在囊泡体系中的光谱变化,根据光化学现象的变化及规律,探讨了化合物与囊泡相互作用的机理及与酚羟基有关的质子转移现象.
【Abstract】 Four kinds of known natural flavonoids compounds are selectded for investigating its interaction with vesicle;and the proton transfer phenomena about phenolic group are measured by using the spectrum analysis methods(UV absorption spectrum and fluorescence spectrum).
