【Abstract】 Since the reform and opening up,the globalization and the information technical revolution have brought us the western politics,culture and the concept of system,and the outstanding achievements and practical experiences of foreign foundations have also gradually reformed our foundation concept.How our foundation joins in the competition of the national "soft power",and joins in China public diplomatic activities have become an important issue.This article wants to provide some reference for our foundation "going out" strategy,through understanding the present international activities of our foundation and learning from the outstanding experiences of the development of US foundation.更多还原
