基于读者满意度的图书馆效益研究——2011年华南农业大学图书馆读者满意度调查分析

【摘要】 作为华南农业大学读书节系列活动之一,2011年12月,图书馆进行了读者满意度调查。文章在全面总结调查结果的基础上,针对调查结果揭示的问题,探讨了具体的改进措施,以期提升图书馆的效益。
【Abstract】 As one of the series events of reading festival,the library of South China Agricultural University conducted a readers’ satisfaction survey.Based on the comprehensive summary of the survey results and the problems that the survey suggested,the article discusses the specific improvement measures to enhance the effectiveness of the library.
