【Abstract】 Non-commercial is one of the creative commons license four elements.In addition to the default attribution element,noncommercial is the most popular terms,though its popularity has slowly but steadily declined.The noncommercial term has attracted much discussion and criticism on three grounds:unclear definition;uncompatible with free content;not benefit to the distribution of works and improvement of quality and performance.In order to reduce troubles in use,creative commons should clarify the definition of non-commercial and add NC-EDU item in the version 4.0.更多还原
