【Abstract】 Library services and innovation is to meet the need of readers dynamically and to improve the readers’value.During the services,the librians should pay much attention to the readers’ information ability,their demand preference and their checking and inquiry behavior;develop the information products and the innovation of service ways.Taking the example of Nanchang Institute of Technology Library as an example,through three-year continuous investigation and research,the paper analyzes the service value orientation of library under new situation,and discusses how to build the new dynamic adjustment service system which is the library services and innovation under the Reader guided situation and how to change the traditional service model,that is,"collection for use" and "focus on providing informationservices".更多还原
