【摘要】 在高校图书馆数字资源引进工作中,由于缺乏统一的数字资源采购制度,宏观调控指导和监管的缺位,导致采购方式及采购流程各行其是,电子资源重复建设等一系列问题。应该通过建立规范统一、科学可行的文献数据库采购制度,厘定电子文献采购流程和采购方式,加强采购的调控与监督等措施,构建完整合理的图书馆电子资源采购体系。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the introduction of digital resources in academic library,due to the lack of a unified digital resources procurement system(standard),the absence of macro-guidance and supervision,leading to a range of issues such as procurement methods and the procurement process do each their own ways,redundant construction of electronic resources etc.We should establish a unified,scientific and feasible literature database procurement system,determine the electronic document procurement procedures and methods,strengthen regulation and supervision of the procurement measures,build a complete reasonable library electronic resources procurement system.更多还原
