【摘要】 目的:采用随机对照试验探讨功能性鼻内窥镜术后恢复期治疗对鼻腔功能恢复的影响。方法:采用随机对照试验纳入2010年4月至2011年4月于广东省中医院行功能性鼻窦内窥镜手术的80例患者,对照组与治疗组各40例。对照组受试者术后口服小剂量克拉霉素3个月;抗过敏药1个月;雷诺考特喷鼻剂每日2次,持续4个月,配合辨证中药调理。治疗组在上述治疗基础上增加规范鼻腔冲洗及雷诺考特喷鼻。结果:术后3个月,两组水肿及结痂评分比较差异有统计学意义(P<0.05);术后6、12个月,两组Lund-Kennedy评分比较差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论:正确的鼻腔冲洗及雷诺考特喷鼻,有助于早期黏膜向良性转归,提早进入黏膜上皮化,促进鼻腔功能的恢复。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effects of treatments during convalescent period after functional endoscopic sinus surgery(FESS) on the recovery of nasal cavity function.Methods Eighty patients treated by functional FESS from April 2010 to April 2011 were divided into treatment group(n = 40) and control group(n = 40) randomly.Patients in control group received small dose of clarithromycin orally for 3 months,antiallergic drugs orally for 1 month,budesonide nasal spray twice a day for 4 months,and herbal decotion.In addition of those treatments patients in control group received,irrigation of nasal cavity with saline twice a day and then 5 ～ 10 minute later budesonide nasal spray twice a day for 3 months were administered in patients in treatment group.Results There was significant difference of postoperative edema and crusting score between the two groups(P < 0.05) 3 months after treatment.The Lund-Kennedy score was not different between the two groups 6 and 12 months after treatment(P > 0.05).Conclusion Nasal irrigation and nasal spray with the correct method will help recover the mucosa function of nasal cavity.[更多还原
