【摘要】 目的探讨临床心灵关怀对住院肿瘤患者满意度及医患关系的影响。方法本次调查研究的301名住院肿瘤患者根据是否接受过临床心灵关怀将其分为对照组(未接受临床心灵关怀)167例和观察组(接受过临床心灵关怀)134例。对照组给予常规护理,观察组在常规护理基础上进行心灵关怀护理,并采用住院患者满意度量表及自编医患关系评价问卷对两组患者进行问卷调查。结果观察组的就医满意度和对医患关系积极评价的比例明显高于对照组(P<0.05),观察组对医生的满意度为95.2%,对照组对医生的满意度为85.8%;观察组认为医患关系和谐的比例为80.8%,对照组为67.9%。结论心灵关怀能提高住院肿瘤患者的就医满意度,对构建和谐医患关系及促进患者早日康复有积极作用。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the influence of clinical spiritual care on patient satisfaction and doctor-patient relationship among tumor inpatients.Methods Three hundred and one inpatients with tumor were divided into control group(without clinical spiritual care,n=167) and observation group(with clinical spiritual care,n=134).The patients of control group were given routine nursing care after surgery,while the patients of observation group received clinical spiritual care on the basis of conventional care.The inpatient satisfaction questionnaires and self-designed doctor-patient relationship evaluation questionnaires were used to survey the patients in both groups.Results The degree of patient satisfaction and the proportion of positive evaluation on doctor-patient relationship in observation group were significantly higher than those in control group(P<0.05).The patient satisfaction rates of observation group and control group were 95.2% and 85.8%,respectively.The proportions of considering harmonious doctor-patient relationship in observation group and control group were 80.8% and 67.9%,respectively.Conclusions Clinical spiritual care can improve tumor inpatients’ satisfaction degree.It plays an active role in building a harmonious doctor-patient relationship and promoting early recovery.更多还原
