【Abstract】 An analysis is presented of the common problems among many universities that many scientific laboratories did not bring its role into full play in the cultivation of undergraduates.The necessity of scientific laboratory to participate in undergraduate talent cultivation in research universities is emphasized.A description is provided concerning the implementation of such models in the University of Science and Technology of China,and a discussion is made on the promotion of the roles of scientific laboratories in undergraduate talent cultivation in research universities by removing barriers between research and teaching.更多还原
