利用圆二色光谱研究阳离子基因载体和DNA之间的相互作用
Study of the Interaction between Cationic Gene Vector and DNA by Circular Dichroism
【摘要】 应用圆二色光谱研究了不同N/P时阳离子基因载体聚酰胺和DNA的相互作用。结果表明,不同N/P时阳离子基因载体对DNA的二级结构影响程度不同,阳离子聚合物的量越多,和DNA之间的相互作用越强。结果对进一步研究阳离子基因载体运输治疗基因的作用机理具有参考价值。
【Abstract】 The interaction between the cationic gene vector and DNA at different N/P was studied by the circular dichroism spectra.The results showed that the cationic gene vector had a different influence on the secondary structure of the DNA at different N/P.The more cationic polymers are,the stronger the interaction between the DNA and the vector.The results are of great reference value for further study of the transport mechanism of cationic gene vectors.
