【摘要】 通过对社会企业质量检测人员存在的普遍问题分析,结合基础化学实验中心师资力量强、教学资源丰富等特点,对社会企业人员的培训方式和方法进行了探索。采取集中讲授、操作技能训练和参观交流等方式,从基本理论到操作技能上进行了多期培训,形成了"集中性-系统性-针对性"培训模式。一定程度上解决了企业中理论知识薄弱、新技术消化和旧技术更新的问题,取得了良好的社会效益。更多还原

【Abstract】 In the practice of servicing for local enterprise,the basic chemistry experiment center analyzed the problems put forward by the quality control personnel from local enterprises.With its strong teaching staff and various teaching resources,the basic chemistry experiment center explored the way for training the enterprise employees.Many periodic training,from elementary theory to operation skill,were carried in the form of mass tutorship,skill training and mutual exchanges and so on.And the training mode of centrality-systematization-pertinence was formed.Many problems in the enterprises were solved,achieving good social efficiency.更多还原
