【Abstract】 In recent years,China’s local governments take "borrow brains" frequently in succession for the sake of local development and government decision-making.Think tanks can help local governments with decision making and policy,provide consulting service,render planning and administrative suggestions,carry out evaluation and prevent errors,etc.It is necessary for a think tank to perform well that the body keeps independence,the research has objectivity,the method takes lead,and the conclusion has originality and pertinence.Local governments call for the high-end and advanced expert team,meanwhile make manifold efforts to further think tanks’development,push the cooperative network of think tanks to flourish,exert the native think tanks as well as the overseas.更多还原
