【摘要】 中国《妊娠和产后甲状腺疾病诊治指南》于2012年首次颁布,对妊娠期甲状腺功能相关指标的评价,妊娠和产后甲状腺疾病以及先天性甲状腺功能减退症诊治中的临床具体问题给出了详细建议,并支持妊娠期甲状腺疾病的普遍筛查。文章对指南中的重点内容进行归纳,以促进妊娠期甲状腺疾病诊治的规范化。更多还原

【Abstract】 First issued in 2012,"Chinese Guideline for Diagnosis and Treatment of Thyroid Disease during Pregnancy and Postpartum Period"has delineated the assessment of thyroid function tests during pregnancy and details regarding clinical managements of thyroid diseases during pregnancy and postpartum period as well as congenital hypothyroidism.Also recommended was the population-based screening of thyroid diseases among pregnant women.This review summarized the keys of the guideline and steered regulations for the diagnosis and treatment of thyroid diseases during pregnancy.更多还原
