【摘要】 目的探讨α-硫辛酸对2型糖尿病(T2DM)周围神经病变的治疗效果。方法 44例T2DM患者随机分为2组,治疗组及对照组各22例,治疗组给予α-硫辛酸0.6g静滴。对照组给予丹参注射液10ml静滴,疗程均为3周,2组患者在治疗前后均检测神经传导速度。结果治疗组疗效、神经传导速度改善明显优于对照组,差异有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论抗氧化剂α-硫辛酸可以明显改善T2DM患者的周围神经病变。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To evaluate the therapeutic efficacy ofα-lipoic acid for peripheral neuropathy in patients with type 2 diabetes mellitus(T2DM).Methods Forty-four patients with T2DM complicated with peripheral neuropathy were randomly divided into two groups,treatment group(n = 22 ) and control group(n = 22 ).The treatment group received intravenous infusion of 0.6 g ofα-lipoic acid,and the control group received intravenous infusion of 10 ml of Danshen injection. Both courses of treatment were 3 weeks.All the patients were examined of nerve conduction velocity detection before and after treatment.Results The therapeutic efficacy and nerve conduction velocity in treatment group were improved significantly when compared with control group(P<0.05 ).Conclusions As an antioxidant,α-lipoic acid could improve peripheral neuropathy significantly in patients with T2DM.更多还原
