高校实验技术人员年度考核办法的探索与实践

【摘要】 结合学校实际,提出了实验技术人员年度考核办法,为实验室技术人员的工作提供了一个科学、全面的评价标准,在日常工作中发挥了积极的指导作用。

【Abstract】 The investigation way for experimental technicians in colleges and universities is presented,according to the practice in our university.It provides an evaluation standard which is scientific and complete for the work of experimental technicians and plays a positive role in guiding the daily work.
