【摘要】 河北电大实施"一村一名大学生计划"项目已有几年,具有了一定的规模,在河北农村也取得了一定的成果。构建"河北三农教育网"就是为了更好的服务三农,为农民致富和农村发展提供更多的支持。同时,发挥电大现代远程教育的优势,充分整合、共享、拓展和开发各类农村教育资源和实用技术,解决三农教育资源匮乏、资源分散等问题,支持河北电大"一村一"项目的可持续发展。更多还原

【Abstract】 The program of "One village,one college student" has been carried on for several years in Hebei TV University,therefore,it has achieved a lot in Hebei rural areas.Constructing the education network of agriculture,countryside and farmers in Hebei aims to serve them and offer the support for the farmers and countrysides.Meanwhile,we should give play to the system advantage of TVU,fully integrate,share,expand and develop all kinds of rural education resources and practical skills to solve the lack and the distraction of education resources and to support the sustainable development of the "one village one college student" program.更多还原
