牛奶中残留抗生素免疫检测方法研究进展
Immunoassay Methods for Antibiotic Residues in Milk
【摘要】 抗生素已经被广泛应用于人类及动物细菌感染的治疗与预防中,但由于它们有可能被添加至动物饲料中,而导致牲畜及牛奶中抗生素残留量超过最大残留允许量,因此抗生素使用的水平是否会造成对人类健康的危害成为人们持续关注的问题。为了测定抗生素残留的含量,人们正在研发准确、简单和低成本的新型检测方法。几类用于检测牛乳及乳制品中残留抗生素的方法已经建立,包括仪器分析方法、微生物检测法和免疫检测法等。主要综述基于抗原抗体特异性识别原理的免疫分析技术以及免疫传感器、蛋白芯片与表面等离子体共振(SPR)等几种新的免疫检测方法,阐述这些方法所具有的简便、成本低、高灵敏和特异性好等特点。
【Abstract】 Antibiotics are widely used for therapeutic and prophylactic purposes against bacterial infection of both human beings and animals.However,antibiotics may be added into provender and thus lead the levels of residues in livestock and milk exceed the maximum residue limits(MRLs).As a result,there is continuous concern on whether their levels used may generate serious problems to human health.To assay the level of the residues,there is increasing requirement to develop accurate,simple,economical novel monitoring methods.Several determination methods for the level of antibiotics residue in milk and dairy such as instrumental methods,microbiological assay and immunoassay have been developed.This paper reviews various immunoassay methods as well as new methods such as biosensor immunoassay(BIA),protein chip and surface plasma resonance(SPR),and presents their advantages such as simple,rapid and cost-effective,enough sensitivity and high specificity.
