【Abstract】 The paper discusses the dialectical relationships between swimming competition rules and competitive swimming sport.It shows that the evolution of swimming competition rules promotes the healthy and sustainable development in swimming as well as the formation of fair competitive environment and the renovation of swimming training methods.Also it points out that coaches,swimmers should fully understand the rules,then apply them to the game and master winning laws in competitions,thus to improve the healthy development of swimming.更多还原
