【摘要】 目的总结美宝创疡贴治疗小儿足、踝部辗挫伤的临床疗效,分析美宝创疡贴治疗小儿足、踝部辗挫伤优越性。方法根据小儿足、踝辗挫伤的特点,对56例小儿足、踝辗挫伤采用美宝创疡贴包扎治疗,隔日或3日换药1次,观察其治疗效果。结果经门诊治疗2～3次后,绝大部分创面皮肤逐渐红润,轻者5 d～7 d即愈合,重症或感染者均在2～3周内愈合,仅1例患儿就诊时创伤超过1周,创面感染,经4周治疗后愈合。多数患儿经治疗后无瘢痕形成;少数患儿患处出现散在性花斑样瘢痕,但溥软,有弹性,关节功能均未受限。结论本疗法可替代传统用凡士林油纱或其他方法治疗足、踝部皮肤辗挫伤,效果良好。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To conclude the clinical efficacy of MEBO Wound & Ulcer Dressing in treating children foot and ankle run-over injury and contusion,and to analyze the superiority of MEBO Dressing in treating such wounds. Methods Based on the characteristics of children foot and ankle run-over injury and contusion,use the bandage method of MEBO Dressing to treat 56 such children cases.Change the dressing every other day or every third day.The treatment efficacy was observed.Results After 2～3 times of the out-patient treatment,most of the wounded skin became red and fresh gradually.The mild cases got healed in 5 d～7 d and the more serious or infected cases healed in 2～3 weeks.There was only one case who got healed in 4 weeks since he came to the hospital more than one week post-injury and the wound had been infected.After the treatment,there was no scar formation in most cases but in few cases,there were scattered piebald scars which were thin,soft and elastic and did not affect joint functions.Conclusion MEBO Wound & Ulcer Dressing can take the place of the traditional treatment of Vaseline gauze and others for treating foot and ankle run-over injury and contusion and realize good treatment efficacy.更多还原
