【摘要】 目的探讨风险管理对应用静脉留置针烧伤患者的护理效果,以确保医疗护理安全,有效规避烧伤患者使用静脉留置针的风险,降低护理风险的发生率,为患者提供安全、优质的护理服务。方法对使用静脉留置针的烧伤患者采取一系列措施进行护理风险管理:遵循护理安全管理制度;加强护理各环节的风险管理;提高护士的风险防范意识。结果通过实行风险管理,在使用静脉留置针的穿刺部位感染、局部渗液、红肿方面,实验组患者的满意率均优于对照组,护理不良事件较对照组降低。结论在应用静脉留置针的烧伤患者中实行风险管理,护理质量得到了明显提高,有效地避免了各种护理纠纷的发生,真正全面地保障了护理安全。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To explore the application effect of the nursing "risk management" on burn patients with venous indwelling needle so as to ensure the medical nursing safety in terms of effectively avoiding risks,reducing the incidence of nursing risks and providing safe and high-quality nursing services.Methods Perform nursing risk management on burn patients with venous indwelling needle following a series of measures including abiding by the management regulations of safe nursing,strengthening risk management throughout the nursing process and improving the risk prevention awareness of nurses.Results The satisfaction rates of the study group adopting risk management to burn patients with venous indwelling needle are superior to that of the control group in respect of infection of the puncture site,local seepage and redness & swelling,with decreased adverse nursing event rate.Conclusion Applying risk management on burn patients with venous indwelling needle can obviously improve the nursing quality and effectively avoid the nursing disputes as well as guarantee truly and comprehensively the nursing safety.更多还原
