【摘要】 目的总结小儿深度烧伤的临床特点,介绍烧伤湿性医疗技术和湿润烧伤膏(MEBT/MEBO)治疗小儿深度烧伤的护理措施。方法自2003年1月至2010年1月,对住院治疗的86例烧伤患儿采用MEBT/MEBO换药治疗,并根据患儿的实际情况,制定相应的护理措施。结果 86例患儿全部治愈,深度烧伤创面如期愈合,未发生严重并发症。结论结合患儿病情,制定相应的护理措施,有助于患儿康复。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To summarize the clinical features of pediatric deep burns and introduce the nursing interventions of MEBT/MEBO in treating pediatric deep burns.Methods A total of 86 children with burns admitted to our hospital from January 2003 to January 2010 were treated with MEBT/MEBO.Corresponding nursing interventions were adopted based on the children’ s conditions.Results All of the children were cured and deep burn wounds were also timely healed without severe complications.Conclusion Establishing coixesponding nursing interventions based on children’s condition is favorable for the patients’ recovery.更多还原
