【摘要】 目的观察湿润烧伤膏(MEBO)治疗肠造口周围皮肤损伤的临床疗效。方法在肠造口周围皮肤损伤处直接涂抹湿润烧伤膏,每日换药1次。结果肠造口周围皮肤糜烂经其他换药治疗,局部改善不明显,而用湿润烧伤膏换药治疗4 d后皮肤损伤全部治愈。结论湿润烧伤膏能够促进肠造口周围损伤皮肤的愈合,治疗效果显著。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the clinical effects of MEBO Ointment in treating the skin defect around the intestinal stoma.Methods Topically administered MEBO Ointment was used for a patient with a skin defect around the intestinal stoma,once a day.Results The skin erosion around the intestinal stoma that could not be obviously improved by other topical medications was healed after the use of MEBO Ointment for 4 days.Conclusion MEBO Ointment can promote the healing of skin defects around the intestinal stoma with a significant efficacy.更多还原
