【摘要】 目的了解汕头市农村居民就诊单位选择现状,探讨就诊单位选择的主要影响因素,为医疗资源的优化配置和政策制订提供参考依据。方法 2011年1—11月采用分层随机抽样方法,抽取汕头市潮阳区参加了新型农村合作医疗(新农合)的农村居民1 579名进行问卷调查,并采用多分类Logistic回归分析法分析其就诊单位选择的影响因素。结果村卫生室和乡镇卫生院是农村居民就诊的首选和主要场所,74.41%的首选村卫生室就诊,14.38%的首选乡镇卫生院就诊;多分类Logistic回归分析显示:影响汕头市农村居民就诊单位选择的主要因素是月收入、文化程度、职业和年龄。结论应加强基层医疗卫生机构建设,提高其服务水平,为农村居民提供更好的医疗卫生服务。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To observe the choice of medical unit by Shantou rural residents,analyze the main influencing factors of the choice,and to optimize the allocation of resources and provide reference for the new rural cooperative medical policy.Methods A stratified random sampling method was used to select 1 579 rural residents from Chaoyang District of Shantou from January to Vovember 2011,then the rural residents were abstracted from the villages for questionnaire survey.Classification of Logistic regression analysis was used to analyze influencing factors of selection of medical unit by Shantou rural residents.Results Village health station and town health station were the dominant and preferred choice.74.41% of Shantou rural residents chose village health station to seek for medical advice,14.38% chose town health station.Logistic regression analysis showed that the main influencing factors were monthly income,educational level,occupation and age.Conclusion The village and township health facilities construction should be strengthened and level of health services should be improved to provide better health service for the rural residents.更多还原
