氢饱和水对大鼠实验性牙周炎抗炎作用的初步观察

【摘要】 目的观察氢在大鼠实验性牙周炎中的抗炎作用。方法将24只8周龄雄性SD大鼠随机分为3组,阴性对照组仅腹腔麻醉,阳性对照组仅诱导牙周炎,实验组诱导牙周炎且饮用氢饱和水。采用丝线结扎法+高糖水+局部接种牙周致病菌的方法诱导牙周炎。动物于实验21d处死,对各组牙松动度(TM)、牙龈指数(GI)、牙槽骨丧失(ABL)值以及组织病理学进行观察。结果实验组TM、GI、ABL值较阳性对照组显著降低(F=205.783,q=7.187~7.977;H=17.475、19.924,χ2=3.692~6.000;P<0.05),沟内上皮的病理性萎缩糜烂减轻,牙周组织中炎性细胞的渗出少,牙槽骨中破骨细胞较少形成。结论氢能有效抑制牙槽骨的吸收和牙周组织的炎症,预防和减缓大鼠实验性牙周炎的发展。

【Abstract】 Objective To investigate the effect of hydrogen on antiinflammatory of experimental periodontitis in rats.Methods Twenty-four 8-week-old male Sprague-Dawley rats were evenly randomized to three groups: negative control,positive control and experimental group.For the negative control,intraabdominal anesthesia only was given;for positive control,periodontitis was induced;for experiemntal group,periodontitis was induced and hydrogen-saturated water given.Periodontitis was induced by silk suture ligation plus high-glucose water and focal innoculation.The rats were killed on day 21.Tooth mobility(TM),gingival index(GI),and alveolar bone loss(ABL) and histology were investigated.Results Compared with the control group,GI,TM,and ABL in the experimental group were lower(F=205.783;q=7.187-7.977;H=17.475,19.924;χ2=3.692-6.000;P<0.05).Sulcular epithelium pathological atrophy erosion lightened,effusion of inflammatory cells in dental capsule decreased,and less formation of osteoclasts in the alveolar bone.Conclusion Hydrogen can effectively inhibit absorption of alveolar bone and inflammation in periodontal tissues,prenvent and slow down the development of experimental periodontitis in rats.
