【摘要】 目的研究缺氧诱导因子-1α(HIF-1α)、基质金属蛋白酶-2(MMP-2)在皮肤鳞癌组织表达及相关性。方法应用免疫组化法检测42例皮肤鳞癌、13例BOWEN病、11例正常皮肤组织中HIF-1α、MMP-2的表达。结果 HIF-1α和MMP-2在正常皮肤、BOWEN病及皮肤鳞癌组织中的表达率分别为0、61.54%、73.81%及0、38.46%、50.00%,差异有统计学意义(χ2=23.675、12.955,P<0.05)。HIF-1α、MMP-2在皮肤鳞癌和BOWEN病组织中的表达均高于正常皮肤组织,差异有统计学意义(χ2=16.638、7.139,P<0.05;P=0.02、0.04)。在皮肤鳞癌组织中HIF-1α与MMP-2的表达呈正相关(rs=0.379,P<0.05)。结论 HIF-1α、MMP-2在皮肤鳞癌组织高度表达,且两者的表达密切相关。更多还原

【Abstract】 Objective To study the expressions of hypoxia-inducible factor-1 alpha(HIF-1α) and matrix matalloprotei-nases-2(MMP-2) in skin squamous cell carcinoma(SCC) and their correlation.Methods By using immunohistochemical me-thod,the expressions of MMP-2 and HIF-1α,-42 cases of skin SCC,13 patients with BOWEN’s disease and 11 normal skin tissue-were detected.Results The expressions of HIF-1α and MMP-2 in normal skin,BOWEN’s disease and skin SCC were 0,61.54%,73.81% and 0,38.46%,50.00%,respectively,the differences being statistically significant(χ2=23.675,12.955;P<0.05).The expressions of HIF-1α and MMP-2 in skin SCC and Brown’s disease were higher than that in normal skin tissue(χ2=16.638,7.139;P<0.05).In skin SCC,the expression of HIF-1α was positively correlated with MMP-2(rs=0.379,P<0.05).Conclusion Over expressions of HIF-1α and MMP-2 can be seen in skin SCC,the expressions of these two parameters are closely related in this disease.更多还原
